1.                  Continued from August 24, 2005; Design Review 05-5-179; Indio Commerce Center; Desert Venture Group; to construct three (3) industrial buildings totaling 34,288 square feet of floor area located on 2.60 acres of vacant land on the southwest corner of Van Buren Street and Commerce Street.
