1.      Continued from May 23, 2007; Change of Zone 07-3-652; City of Indio; to amend various zone districts throughout the City to bring the City’s Zoning Map into conformance with the City’s General Plan Land Use Map.  (Sean Moore, Senior Planner)  Recommendation: Continued to July 25; Resolution No. 1499

 

 

2.      Continued from June 13, 2007; Roger Snellenberger; Amendment # 2; Indian Springs Country Club; Westward Ho Estates has filed an application located on the northeast corner of Jefferson Street and Westward Ho Drive. (Renata Di Battista, Assistant Planner); Recommendation: Approve; Entitlements include:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

a.                  Environmental Assessment; 04-12-409(A); Adoption of Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigations Monitoring and Reporting Program.

 

b.                 Project Master Plan 00-1-13; Amendment # 2; to allow a 25-lot, single family residential subdivision on Lot K of Tract 29602-1, originally approved as a golf course driving range. Resolution No. 1512

 

c.                  Tentative Tract Map 33165 (TM 04-10-413A); to subdivide 6.92 acres into 25 single-family residential lots and a 0.92-acre park.  Resolution No. 1513

 

 

3.      Zone Text Amendment; 07-6-27; City Initiated Amendment to the City of Indio Municipal Zoning code, Section 159.105.H, reducing the maximum building height from “Up to 2-stories and 25 feet” to “One-story and 25 feet” in the Country Estates Indio Ranchos (CEIR) zone.  (Daniel Arvizo, Associate Planner)  Recommendation: Approve; Resolution No. 1514

 

4.      Conditional Use Permit 07-5-889; Spectra Novae Limited; Madison Commerce Center; to allow (limited) general retail uses within the Industrial Park (IP) zone within an existing 23,257 square foot industrial building located at 81-077 Indio Boulevard.  Recommendation: Approve; (Daniel Arvizo, Associate Planner)  Order No. 1268

 

 

5.      John O’bradovich; All Inside Storage has filed a development application located on the north side of Cabazon Center Drive.  (Renata Di Battista, Assistant Planner)  Recommendation: Approve; Entitlements include:

 

a.                  Parcel Map 35582 (PM 07-5-361); to subdivide 2.5 acres for industrial condominium purposes.  Order No. 1269

 

b.                 Conditional Use Permit 07-5-891; to allow development of a parcel less than 15 acres located in the Industrial Park zone district.  Order No. 1270

 

c.                  Design Review 07-5-265; to review the architectural and landscaping design for storage buildings totaling approximately 59,200 square feet. Minute Order No. 1538
