1.      Continued from September 28, 2005; Conditional Use Permit 05-6-837; Arco   AM/PM; request for the expansion of an existing canopy structure, addition of two dispensers and the replacement of signage located at 82-338 Highway 111 (APN: 611-110-044) (Lonnie Bell, Planner) Recommendation: Continued Indefinitely.

 

 

2.      Continued form October 12, 2005; Tentative Parcel Map 05-8-341 (PM 33957); Perafan-Tira has filed an application to subdivide 2.36 acres into two single-family residential lots.  The project is located on the north side of Zenda Drive, west of Palos Drive. 3.      Design Review 05-4-176; Citicom Development has filed an application to consider the architectural and site design of a multi-tenant commercial building consisting of a dental office and a retail furniture store totaling 7,760 square feet generally located on Highway 111 between Las Palmas Avenue and Dr. Carreon Blvd. (APN: 616-120-038) (Sean Moore, Associate Planner) Recommendation: Approve; Minute Order 1459

 

4.      Design Review 05-5-184; Robert J. Sullivan has filed an application to review and consider architecture, landscape and circulation plans for a 7,448 square foot, one-story industrial building with three suites and incidental office uses.  It is located on the west side of Van Buren Street, approximately 150 feet west of the intersection of Van Buren and Commerce Streets.
