1.      Design Review 06-5-227; Beazer Homes; to consider the architectural and landscaping design of 238 single-family homes on 78.5 acres within Tentative Map 32869 located on the north east corner of Jefferson Street and Avenue 40. (Sean Moore, Senior Planner) Recommendation: Approve; Minute Order No. 1500

 

2.      TransAct, Inc.; Sandpiper Housing has filed a development application located south side of Dr. Carreon, east of Calhoun Street. (Yvonne Franco, Assistant Planner) Recommendation: Approve; Entitlements include:

 

a.                  Environmental Assessment; 06-4-452; Certification of Final Mitigated Negative Declaration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

b.                  Tentative Map 34888 (TM 06-4-443); to consider the subdivision of 5.61 acres into 28 single family residential lots.  Resolution No. 1460
