1.                  Continued from July 27, 2005; Whittier Ranch, LLC has filed a development application for 38.17 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Avenue 48 and Jackson Street (APN 614-150-008) Entitlements include the following:

 

a.      Revised Tentative Tract Map 31473 (TM 05-2-426) to subdivide 38.17 acres of land into 137 single family residential lots, and one .85 acre lot for the conversion of a historic residence into a community center/office use with off-street parking.

2.                  Continued from July 27, 2005; CT Storage-Indio has filed an application located east of Calhoun Street, north of Date Avenue and southwest of Peach Street (APN612-100-003).  Entitlements include:

 

a.      Environmental Assessment; 05-4-431; Certification of Final Mitigated Negative Declaration.

 

b.      Change of Zone; 05-4-632; to change the zoning from Regional Commercial to Industrial Park on an 8.1 acre parcel.

3.                  Continued from August 10, 2005; Beazer Homes: Barcelona; has filed a development application located one-half mile east of the intersection of Monroe Street and Avenue 50, and one-quarter mile west of the intersection of Jackson Street and Avenue 50 (APN 767-090-001).  Entitlements include:

 

a.   Environmental Assessment 05-1-419; Certification for Final Mitigated Negative Declaration.

 

b.      Project Master Plan 05-1-39; to establish the development standards for the development of 138 single-family homes on 40.1 acres.

4.                  Continued from August 10, 2005; Polo Estates, LLC has filed a development application located at the northwest corner of Avenue 52 and Jackson Street. (APN’s 767-090-006, 767-100-009, and 767-110-022).  Entitlements include:

 

a.      Project Master Plan 05-3-44; Amendment number one to the land use plan and development standards of the residential component to the Polo Estates project located in the RPD-7B designation of the General Plan.

a.      General Plan Amendment; 05-8-73; to change the General Plan use designation from residential medium to residential high.

7.                  Parcel Map 33041 (PM 05-4-337) Polo Doria; Van Buren Business Park II; has filed a development application to subdivide a 12.21 acre parcel into sixteen (16) industrial lots, located north of Enterprise Way between Van Buren Street and Commerce Street.  Entitlements include:
