Customer Service Contact Information
Our person-to-person customer service and multiple Payment Options are a very important aspect of the Indio Water Authority’s way of doing business. Most issues can be handled right over the phone by calling Customer Service during regular business hours at 760.391.4038.
After-hours emergency customer assistance is directed through our Police Department by calling 760.391.4051. The Indio Police Department has the ability to dispatch service crews if deemed necessary; however, they do not have access to any customer account information. After hour service re-connections are available after-hours during the week and Friday through Sunday at a rate of $64.00 per call out.
