Eastbound Interstate 10 Off-ramp closure at Monroe Street
Regular Construction Work at Project Site Continues
Indio, Calif., (July 20, 2012) The City of Indio has contracted with Granite Construction of Indio to construct improvements at the Interstate 10 / Monroe Street Interchange.
As part of the ongoing construction, the eastbound off ramp at Monroe Street will be closed starting at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, July 23, 2012 and will be re-opened at 3:00 p.m. Friday afternoon, July 27, 2012.
Eastbound motorists that normally exit at the Monroe Street exit should exit at either Jefferson Street or Jackson Street.
The project is 25% funded by the City of Indio, and 75% funded by the Coachella Valley Association of Governments.
Motorists may experience delays when driving on Monroe Street at Interstate 10. Please obey posted construction signage.
