In the interest of maintaining appropriate social distancing, members of the public may participate in meetings in the following manner:
Option 1: Email comments to be entered into the record.
Email your comments to the meeting secretary listed below no later than 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Staff will distribute comments to the legislative body, post on the agenda landing page for public view and include in the agenda packet as part of the administrative record. Comments will not be read during the meeting.

Email your name, phone number and the item you wish to speak on to the appropriate Staff member above. Upon receipt of your request, the zoom Meeting ID and Password will be emailed to you.
As it relates to the comments on public hearing items, comments will be accepted to the e-mail address identified above during the public hearing and until the hearing is closed. On the day of the meeting, please call in when the meeting begins and be aware that you will be on hold until the item you wish to speak on is presented. Alternatively, follow the meeting proceedings on Facebook Live or Livestream and call in before the item you wish to comment on is introduced.
