Improvements include 7,950 linear feet of 8" ductile iron water mains throughout the community, four looped connection with the IWA system, and valves, hydrants and other devices to improve system reliability and water pressure for customers. The upgrades also improves reliability for emergency water service for the 117 residences and 125 service connections in the area.
In addition to a reliable high-quality water supply, residents of this area now have full access to IWA water conservation programs which include incentives (rebates) for turf removal, high-efficiency irrigation upgrades, and high-efficiency washing machines and toilets. In addition, IWA's budget-based tiered rate structure allows for predictable water bills and efficient use of water. Customers with larger needs can use the Variance process to adjust their water allocation.

Boe Del Heights was previously served by a mutual water association, which had two wells. Due to electrical problems, issues with perchlorate and hexavalent chromium levels, and persistent bad bacteriological results, the association dissolved in 2016 and has been receiving water from IWA since then through an emergency connection.
