The Indio Senior Center provides a place where people, 50 years plus, can leisurely socialize, make new friends, share their skills and ideas, learn new things and gather information. It is dedicated to enhance and dignify the quality of the lives of our culturally diverse aging population.

Due to growing concerns for the health of our members, staff & the public, and in hopes to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, we have been faced with the difficult decision to temporarily close the Indio Senior Center as of Monday, March 16, 2020.
If you have reserved lunches for the month of March, you may pick up your lunch from 11:00am-12:00pm at the Indio Senior Center staff side door. You are more than welcome to contact us to find out about future lunches.

Debido a las crecientes preocupaciones por la salud de nuestros miembros, el personal y el público, y con la esperanza de ayudar a prevenir la propagación del Coronavirus, nos enfrentamos con la difícil decisión de cerrar temporalmente el Centro de Personas de la Tercera Edad de Indio a partir del Lunes 16 de Marzo. 2020.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our members, and we take this responsibility seriously. We are working closely with local health officials to deal with the situation and will keep our guests and staff updated with any important information.
Families can help protect themselves and prevent the spread of flu/Coronavirus by taking the following precautions:
• Wash hands often and with soap and water for 20 seconds.
• Cover coughs and sneezes with tissue or by coughing into the inside of your elbow; stay at least six feet away from people who are sick; stay home and away from other people when you are sick.
• To avoid flu or illness, avoid shaking hands. Go with a fist bump or a simple verbal greeting instead.

Before filling out the membership form, please read the statement below.
Click on the link below to start the membership process. Once the form is filled out, click on the button that says "Submit." Please keep in mind, once the form is submitted, you will need to come in to sign your form, make payment, and show proof of residence to activate your membership. (Proof of residence is required for Indio residents only.)
Please note, we do not accept bills larger than $20.00. Thank you.
