Customer Service Contact Information

Our person-to-person customer service and multiple Payment Options are a very important aspect of the Indio Water Authority’s way of doing business. Most issues can be handled right over the phone by calling Customer Service during regular business hours at (760) 391-4038. You can send your request by email to iwa@indio.org

After-hours emergency customer assistance is directed through our Police Department by calling (760) 391-4051. The Indio Police Department has the ability to dispatch service water crews if deemed necessary; however, they do not have access to any customer account information. After hour service reconnections are available after-hours during the week and Friday through Sunday at a rate of $136.00 per call out.
